Dyed Example - 36ct linen
Color(s)- deep red/burgundy
Colors in the group photo are most accurate. DMC floss is used to show color family equivalent. This does not mean that they're an exact match, just a reference.
Linen will always dye darker/more vibrant than any cross stitch fabric, then aida (14ct darkest, 20ct, 16ct, & 18ct dyeing lightest), followed by evenweave fabrics (usually not 100% natural fiber) dyeing the lightest. All opals will dye about 10% lighter because of the opalescent thread woven through it.
Sized fabric may dye lighter or a slightly different color. The following is the sized fabric - 16ct opal, 20ct opal, 20ct lugana, 22ct hardanger, 25ct lugana, 25ct opal lugana, 27ct linda, 28ct/32ct jobelan, 36ct opal linen, 40ct opal linen, & 40ct verdal (lugana).
Sizes are prior to dyeing. There will be some shrinkage during the dyeing process.
